そうや、宇治に行く前に伏見で昼ごはん食べよう♪
悩むわ〜
近くにめっちゃ行きたいピザのお店があるねんけど…
でも今日は和の気分やから吉招庵様にしよう♪
確か何年か前に
よーいどんのおすすめ3で知ったと思うねんけど
やっと来れたな〜
店内は外観ほど高級な感じはなく
カジュアルな和食のお店って感じ？
何、点心セット！？ 中華か！！
この和食丸出しの店やのに…
逆に興味そそってもうたわ〜
「点心セットと天ざるセットお願いします♪」
待ってる間に点心について調べたら
和食でも先付け、八寸、煮物、焼物を
まとめて盛り付けたようなものを点心って言うみたい
知らんかったわ〜
「中華か！！」って…
ええ歳してめっちゃ恥ずかしいやん
勉強になりました♪笑
その点心めっちゃええ感じ！
見た瞬間美味しいのが分かる♪
味は期待通り！
全体的に優しいけど薄味じゃなく美味しい♬
しかもボリュームもあるしタコも柔らか〜〜い。
酢の物の味は尖ってないし
素麺の茹で加減も言うことないし
ダシが椀物の代わりになってるねんな〜
京都を感じるちりめん山椒とご飯も美味しい。
これは素人では作られへんなぁ
やっぱりプロの和食は最高やわ〜♪
