エビアボカドグラタン

近くにある、おでんの「べんがらや」の姉妹店らしく、前から気になっていたのですが混んでいて入れないことが何度かあり、ようやく一人で訪問できました。鯛や野菜でとった出汁の鍋が売りのようですが、2、3人前はあるということなので次回は試してみます。
酒は、伏見のものは月桂冠の京山水、他、地酒が10種ほど。とりあえず春鹿をヌル燗でいただきます。アテは手羽先の旨煮。生姜のきいたトマト味のスープで煮込んだものがアルミ鍋で出てきます。これが美味しい。思わず骨までしゃぶってしまいました。
あとはエビアボカドグラタン。アボカドって火を通すとまた味わい深いですねえ。今度は家でも作ってみたいと思う味でした。ごちそうさま。
2020年4月からは店内禁煙になるそうです。それもうれしい。
