酒粕ラーメンの酒粕が選べるのはここ「らーめん門扇 伏水酒蔵店」しかないだろうと思います。
酒粕は全８種類、英勲以外は二回り以上は食しています。
英勲を選ばないのは、祇園本店の酒粕ラーメンは英勲の酒粕しかないので、伏水酒蔵店では選ばないように、一応拘っています^_^
本日は「酒粕らーめん（豊祝）950円、唐揚げセット300円」です。
どの酒粕を選ぶかは気分次第ではありますが、全種類を食してからはメニューの上段を選ぶことが多く、どれも美味しくいただいています。
スープを最後まで飲み干し、ご馳走様でした。
