京阪の藤森駅から徒歩5分程、「フカクサ製麺食堂」にお邪魔しました。
「鶏白湯」系スープのお店ですが、魚介スープと鶏白湯スープのダブルスープが味わえる「おさかな鶏白湯」、醤油と鶏白湯を合わせた「鶏醤油」も主力商品です。
「特製」は豚チャーシュー、味付け玉子、九条ネギ、のり3枚が+450円で追加トッピングになります。（通常オーダーだと+550円）

魚介と鶏白湯のダブルスープです。なかなか出会わない組み合わせですが、これイケますね。
チャーシューはレア仕上げ×ペッパーの組み合わせ、脂身少なめでさっぱりとしています。
【総評】
ゴリゴリのねっとり鶏白湯というよりは、あっさりめの印象で、さっと食べられるラーメンでした。御馳走様でした。
