昨日のSNS投稿のお正月の「オマール海老」限定が気になり訪問しましたが売切れで、デフォの「しょうゆ」を頂きました。
瀞みのある鶏白湯スープは嫌みもなくゼラチン質も程良く少しの背脂がまあるく仕上げてくれています。
トッピングは豚肩ロースのチャーシューにメンマ、寿蒲鉾です
中金製麺製の切刃26番くらいの細麺も美味しく啜れました。
