少し駅から歩いて、辿り着いたお店は清潔感に溢れ、きびきびと働かれつつ、笑顔を絶やさないご主人と、感じの良い従業員の方に、とても癒されます。
スッポンって、食べたことないなぁ…

少し迷いましたが、強く勧められる訳では全くなく、他の方たちも注文している様子に、私も注文笑！
事前に、あのくらいの大きさの小鍋です〜と教えて下さって、安心して注文出来ます。
12時5分頃到着しましたが、カウンターに3名のグループとテーブル席に4、5名のご家族がいらっしゃいました。
お料理の説明も長過ぎることなく、気持ち良かったですし、
何よりお箸をつけるのがもったいないくらい、綺麗に盛り付けされており、お味が良いというのが感動しました！
スッポンは、イメージで今まで食べないようにしていましたが、お魚のようだったことと、コラーゲンたっぷりなので、なんだか肌艶が良くなりそう…ということが得した気分になります。
1点だけ、不思議だったのは、わさびがあまり美味しくなかったこと。お醤油は甘くて美味しいな、東京の醤油と違うなと思ったのですが。醤油が違うからなのかな？？
それ以外は、本当に大満足！！
今回は1人でしたが、人を連れてまたお邪魔させていただきたいです。

Let's compare sake tasting in Fushimi with your friends who live in Kyoto! After getting together and having a few drinks, we made a reservation in advance and visited. My favorite shop that I have visited many times. I always add a small pot of soft-shelled turtle, but I decided not to do it today because I wanted to drink and eat more after this. Anyway, it's really beautiful, it's a pleasure to see, and it's delicious to eat...Sometimes I come alone, but when I come with friends, everyone is very happy. This time, I was very satisfied!! ️ Thank you for the meal ♡
