『ら〜麺処 克享@京都市伏見区』で特製みそ900円。
まったり濃厚な風味豊かな味噌で野菜由来の甘みもあってか、濃厚だがしつこくなくうまさが持続する。
卓上の唐辛子味噌を加えると良いアクセントとなり、また違ったうまさが楽しめる。
麺は平打ちの中太ストレート麺でハリがあり、濃厚なスープとのバランスも良好。
トッピングはねぎ・水菜・海苔・チャーシュー。
肉厚なバラチャーシューで食べ応えがしっかりあるが少し硬さが気になった。
メニューが豊富なため他のメニューにもチャレンジしたい。
