2年ぶり？とにかく久しぶりにやってきました。味噌ラーメンが美味しいお店。「ら〜めん」とか、「らぁめん」とか書いているラーメン屋さんは個人的に好きです笑
〇 克享ら〜めん
色々載っていて、見栄えがいいですね。
味は割とあっさり目で、豚骨、醤油ベースに、コシのある麺がよく合います。卓上の調味料の辛味噌が店主さんおすすめのようで、口頭でおすすめしてくださいました。おろしニンニク、黒胡椒も置いています。
注目すべきはやはりスープでしょうか。上品な香りの中に、少しピリッとする辛さがたまりません。
大学の近くにあるのも嬉しいですね。
店主さんの「まげ」ヘアスタイルは、一気に店内に緊張がもたらしますが、話してみるととてもフレンドリーです。
