今日のランチは、「讃岐うどん エブリディ 新堀川本店」。
京都市伏見区新堀川沿い城南宮南ＩＣ辺りにあるうどん屋さん。焼き肉屋さんが始めたセルフのうどん屋さんです。
広い駐車場にポツンとお店が建っています。入り口と出口が別で店内一方通行です。入り口の左横に食券機があります。持ち帰りのコーナーが別の動線でありますが、まだやっていません。
食券機は液晶タッチパネル式です。肉うどんは売り切れなので、「ごぼう天うどん並盛」６４０円を選びます。
入り口を入るとすぐにうどんの受け取り口があります。
お盆とお箸とコップを取ってうどんを待ちます。受け取ったうどんに薬味をダイレクトにトッピングします。
お盆を持って左手のカウンター席かボックスタイプのテーブル席に着きます。
シンプルなうどんです。
つゆは讃岐うどんの定番いりこダシではありませんが濃いめの醤油味です。
うどんはソフトで最後にコシが出てくる感じです。
ごぼう天は薄切りで幅広くよくある棒状の食感よりはおとなしい感じです。
カウンターからハイテクの製麺機が見えます。麺を延ばして薄くなると台が動いてカッターに送られ下のボードにうどんが並びます。
まさに讃岐うどんのセルフのお店ですが、それなりに京都に合うようにアレンジされているようです。
