相方と2名で行きました！
予約していきましたが、3連休の中日というのもあって19:30からはなんとか入れるくらいでした。4名以上なら予約必須です！
カウンターの端っこの席でL字カウンターの予定でしたが、早い時間からのお客様がちょうど出るタイミングだったので並びのカウンターに入れました。
とりあえずビールで乾杯。

［お通し］
3種盛りのお通しで、季節を感じられる栗が乗ってたり、チキンの南蛮漬けがあったりと最初の胃のウォームアップにはベスト！たぶん日替わり。
［一品目］焼き茄子のトロトロ
本当にトロトロのナス。味付けもあっさりでめちゃバクバク食べられちゃいそうなやつ。お酒の当てには最高でした。この一品だけでこの後ハイボールに！
［二品目］煮込み
キンカン入っててテンション上がった！色々な部位が入ってるから飽きずに食べ進められました！
［串物］
せせり、白子、背肝、つくねなどなど。
お互い好きなの頼んでたから途中で撮り忘れ続出！笑
もっと食べてる気がする！笑
白子はマジで珍しいなと思いました。火入は絶妙です。ゆるすぎず、固くなりすぎず。正直初めて食べましたがこれはリピートです！せせりは絶品なのでぜひ。
［五品目］生麩の田楽
相方とこれ美味しそうだねー！と来店前から楽しみにしてたやつ。めちゃうまい。クセになる！
赤味噌も白味噌もベストですねー、次回も食べたいな。
［六品目］鳥スープ
〆に注文！やばい、最高すぎる。
もういうことないです、〆には間違いなくこれを頼んだほうがいいですねー！パイタンは美味しい。鳥の旨味をダイレクトに感じ、塩味もキツすぎず意外とあっさり飲めました。
次もまた行こっと！
