通常利用ですと今回の利用は、
10,500円×2、ドリンク代、サービス料10%＝25000円程。
お酒も頂いてないので、この値段設定はちょっとお高いかな・・・。
今回は通常利用外での利用でしたのでお安く楽しませて頂きました。
内容は
1）ブティ和風前菜（有頭海老艶煮 子持若芽 福紗焼）
2）ノルウェー産サーモンの軽い燻製 炙り霜 イクラのマリネ添え（ディル風味のマスタードソース）
3）茶碗蒸し（海老 丹波鶏 百合根 銀杏 三ツ葉）
4）真鯛の塩焼き
5）伊勢海老と帆立貝の特製玉素焼
6）牛フィレ肉の「ステーキ」グリンペッパーのソース 馬鈴薯のピュレと人参葉のサラダ添え
7）抹茶のパンナコッタ ラム酒風味の黒蜜ソース
8）パン
9）カフェ
前菜は特に美味しいものでもなかったかな。お正月気分になります(笑)
サーモンは美味！軽く炙ってあるのが絶妙でした。
その後のメニューは平凡、フレンチを謳うのであればもう少し見た目に拘って欲しかった所。
味に関しては気を衒ったものは少なく、安心して頂けます。ただ想像を超える美味しさに出会えることも無さそう。
比較的高めの値段設定ですので期待して伺いましたが、総合的なＣＰは低め。
勿論美味しくないといったことはなく、接客も一部不慣れな部分を垣間見ましたが丁寧なものでした。
