この店で商う商品は限定されていて、その中でもわらび餅が主力商品となっている。
予約で購入することが望ましく、６個以上だと箱詰ができる。
漉し餡をわらび餅で包み、きなこを振りかけてある。
わらび餅の口溶けのよさと漉し餡の出来がなんとも良くできている。
全国に出回っているわらび餅はわらび餅粉で作ったインチキわらび餅で、単にフルフルしているだけで、口どけがひどい。
まっとうな和菓子屋で作るわらび餅で、漉し餡の出来が見事な店はあまりないかもしれない。
この店はその両方がそろっている。
京都にはこれに似たわらび餅があるが、その作り方は先代がこの店で習得したものだと松壽軒の主人が言っていた。
