今日は先日偶然見つけたこちらのお店を訪れる事に、裏手の道を少し行った所にある駐車場にクルマ停めお店へ。
店内に入りカウンター席にすりメニューを拝見、セットメニューも気になりましたが今回は「醤油ラーメン」(650円)を単品でいただく事にしました。
どんぶりには、チャーシュー、もやし、メンマが盛り付けられており、別容器で刻み青ネギが提供されます。
スープは少し濁りのある鶏がらベース、醤油の塩味や酸味も程よく少し加えられた背脂が程よい厚みを与えいます。
麺はモチっとしたコシがある中細ストレート麺、スープともよく馴染み喉越しも良くいただけます。
チャーシューは煮豚タイプの物が３枚も入っており豚の風味も良く味もしっかりと付いており美味しくいただきました。
昔ながらのシンプルな美味しい醤油ラーメンですが、チャーシューが特に美味しく今度はチャーシュー麺をいただきたいと思います。
