さすが 『産地直送鮮魚』 の国原丸さんです。
魚がとても新鮮で 刺身は本当に美味しいです。
サーモンなんて とろとろでした。
鮭のトロハラス焼きも も~・たまりません^^
(なんと鮭びいきなんでしょう~)
そして牛肉ユッケも たれの味も肉の旨みをしっかりひきたてて
ちょうど良い感じのものでした。
残念な所は
豚しょうが焼きの味付けが
甘すぎで、しょうゆ辛くて・・
とにかく濃すぎの味付けで素材の味がなくなっていたことと
ししゃもが 半焼きで出てきたため
女性の店員さんに伝えたのに、
『お取替えしましょうか』 とは言ってくださったものの
それを厨房さんには最後まで伝えられなかったこと。
美味しいものがたくさんあって
ボリュームもすごくあり
山科駅から徒歩3分、と好立地でもあるのに
ちょっぴり残念だったかな
