炙りバターチャーシュー丼 330円
平日13時前訪問。空席ありすんなり入れました。1番人気の焦がしつけ麺を注文。サラサラ少し濃いくらいのつけ汁、つけ麺にしては細めか普通くらいのモチモチ麺、ローストビーフのような柔らかチャーシュー2枚、胡椒の効いたメンマ、ノリ、半味玉です。
魚介の旨味の中に焦がし風味を感じるつけ汁です。個人的に風味を例えるならたこ焼きのような焦がし感でした。おいしいですよ。
