I'm not on a trip, but I'm staying in Kyoto for one night, so I searched and booked a place to drink near the hotel. I had kushikatsu, conger eel Tempura, grilled skirt steak Grilled skewer, and more. The kushikatsu was lightly battered and crispy, and everything was delicious. It said that you can't dip the sauce in twice, but in this day and age, they brought out the sauce in a container. It was different from the Pork Cutlet sauce at kushikatsu restaurants, and had a viscous taste like tonkatsu sauce. Oh, the tofu that came with the meal was chewy and had a texture similar to jimami tofu, and was delicious. If I wasn't full, I would have ordered a full size. Thank you for chasing me back and giving me a canned coffee. Thank you for the delicious meal, I wish I had a restaurant closer to home.
