"OLU BURGER RAKUSAIGUCHI" opened on December 11th, and it will be the fifth restaurant including Kyoto and Osaka. When you enter the restaurant, you first secure a seat, then slowly look at the menu at your seat, and when the menu is decided, you order at the counter. When I looked at the menu, the burger menu was very rich and I was not sure which one to choose, but I ordered "WASABI AVOCADO BURGER (Hamburger avocado )" (1,430 yen) on the TRADITIONAL BURGER menu, which I had not eaten at other restaurants, with "French cuisine fried drink" (500 yen). The burger is sandwiched between plenty of mayo sauce, avocado, patty, tomato, and lettuce, and it seems to be tall and voluminous. The mayo sauce that is used so generously that it overflows is kneaded with wild flowers, and the aroma and stimulation of wasabi go well with the refreshing and rich mayonnaise, and the meaty and juicy patty, fresh and juicy tomatoes, sticky and rich avocado, fresh lettuce, and crispy outside and chewy buns on the inside mix in your mouth for a blissful time. The French cuisine fries had a long, thin and crispy and light texture that went well with the burger, and the spiciness and flavor of the wild flowers were the best match with the beef patty, and it was a very delicious Hamburger that perfectly fused Japanese and Western.
