お昼に、薬膳中華の人気店「茉莉花（ジャスミン）」に、再訪。
相変わらず予約なしでは無理な人気店で、11時半の開店をまたずして、満員札止め。
入店すると、急須で提供される、ジャスミン茶でもてなされます。
月ごとにメニューが変わる4種類用意されたメニューの中から「高麗人参と旬野菜のポトフ膳」3000円をチョイス。
季節ごとに薬膳のテーマが変わり今月は「腎機能を高める」だそうです。
メインの高麗人参のスープは、具材たっぷり、
黒胡麻を擦ったすり鉢でいただきます。
さらに4種類の小鉢、
中でも甘酸っぱい柚子汁に漬け込んだ、トマトが美味しいです。
お代わり自由なので、残したスープで雑炊風にいただき、お腹いっぱい。
さらに、デザートの杏仁豆腐と胡麻団子までいただき、腎機能が高まるにつけ元気になった気がしましたよ。
体に優しい薬膳を堪能出来て、良かったです。
