It is located in Kumiyama-cho, Kuze-gun, Kyoto Prefecture, and as the name suggests, it is the main store of "Kinta" (b゚v`*) I arrived at the restaurant just after 1:30 pm! Maybe because it was past the peak lunch time? (b゚v`*) Sprinkle some green laver and powdered bonito on it and it's delicious━(人˙꒳ ˙ )━!! The ingredients are pork, cabbage, squid, and tempura flakes, I think? The noodles are very thick and chewy, so you can chew them one by one (^O^) The sauce is slightly sweet and delicious! ( ˶ˆ꒳ˆ˵ ) The noodles, which have been browned over time, are also crispy and fragrant, which is nice (*´艸`) ◆Butatama (regular)◆ This one also took about 12 minutes to order! It was served together with yakisoba! (^O^) The size isn't that big, is it? Sprinkle some mayonnaise, green laver, and powdered bonito on it and it's delicious━(人˙꒳ ˙ )━!! Cut it with a spatula (。・н・。) and chomp!! It's fluffy and soft! (๑˃͈꒵˂͈๑) The sauce was spread on the noodles from the beginning, but like the yakisoba, it was a little sweet.
