今日は年に一度の10月1日(テンイチの日)
京都市の天下一品は自粛要請の為、19時30分ラストオーダーの店舗ばかり、宇治市にあるこちらのお店は20時45分ラストオーダーだと知り訪れました。
お店に到着したのは20時を過ぎた頃、駐車場は満車に近く店内も混雑しています。
カウンターに座り「ラーメン並」(780円)をニンニク入りで注文、スープはもちろんこってりです。
15分ほど待ち着丼したドンブリはチャーシュー、メンマ、刻みネギ、唐辛子ニンニクが盛り付けられています。
先ずはそのスープを飲んでみると濃厚でこってりとした味わいです。
次に唐辛子ニンニクと麺をスープに馴染ませてみると麺の水分がスープに流れて少し薄まった感じになりますがニンニクがコクを加えこってり度は他の店舗と比べ標準的な濃厚さより少しあっさり目です。
麺は少し柔めで少しモチッとした感じがありスープの味もよく馴染み並にしては量も多めな感じです。
チャーシューは薄切りされており美味しくメンマも柔らかく刻みネギの風味がこってりとしたスープともよく合います。
麺にスープを馴染ませる前が濃厚で美味しかっただけに麺を馴染ませた後のスープは濃いめのこってりが好きな私的には少しだけ残念でしたが、美味しい安定のこってりスープでした。
