以前レビューした、「パティシエ山川」さんのお弟子さんのお店ですね！(bﾟv`*)
お店の駐車場はありませんので、近くのコインパーキングに停めて伺いました！(*ﾟvﾟ*)
イートインさせていただくつもりでしたが…|･ω･*)ﾁﾗ
スタッフさんによると、どうやら昨年からイートインをやめられたそうで、現在はテイクアウトのみの営業になっている、とのことでした！d(ﾟε ﾟ；)

いただいてみますと(*´༥`*)ﾓｸﾞﾓｸﾞ
ふわふわのスポンジに、お上品な甘さの生クリーム！
苺は甘酸っぱく、これはなかなか美味しいですよ！

いただいてみますと。
あらっ！？めっちゃ滑らかな舌触り！！
栗の味もしっかり感じられますし、土台は私の苦手なメレンゲ生地じゃなくてスポンジ！(≧∀≦)
サイズがやや小ぶりなのは残念ですが、これはかなりレベルの高いモンブランですね！\( ˆoˆ )/

2022年2月現在、食べログの評点3.45と、宇治市にしてはかなり高めですが、実際にケーキをいただくまでは
「観光地評価なんじゃないの…？？」
なんて、半信半疑でした！ (/ω・＼)ﾁﾗｯ
まだ2種類しかケーキをいただいていませんが、どちらも納得のクオリティーでしたよ！d(・Д<))ｸﾞｯ‼︎
他にも気になるケーキがあったので、また機会があればお邪魔させていただきます！ヽ(´▽｀)/
