2020年3月25日で、開店4周年ということで、「しゅばく」の隣、
『つばめ屋』さんに、やってきました。
店主おすすめということで、「鱧天と野菜の天ざるそば」を、いただきました。
蕎麦は、十割と、二八の合い盛りに。
旨味の深い二八も、蕎麦好きにはたまらない、十割そばも、両方楽しめるのは、贅沢ですね。
手打ちそばは、やっぱりいいですね。
分厚いええ鱧と、蓮根、スナップエンドウ、竹の子、カボチャ、茄子、プチトマト。
地産地消、旬の野菜の天ぷらが、美味い。
米油で、さっくり揚がった天麩羅は、最高です。
付け合わせの、蓮根やひじきの煮物も、美味しかった。
食後には、新しいマシンで入れた、カフェラテをいただきました。
ミルクの甘味が引き出され、砂糖を入れなくても美味しいカフェラテでした。
