10:48まだ開店前で誰も並んでいなかったので、私が一番最初。その５分後くらいになると１０人近くが後ろに並ばれており、行列になっていました。
11:00開店。靴は脱いで下駄箱へ入れて、スリッパを履いて入店。
まず他のお客さんも席へ案内後に、注文を聞きに来て下さる。他のお客さんへも入店順に注文を丁寧に聞いてまわっておられ、バタバタした雰囲気なく、すぐ満席になってましたが穏やかな時間の流れで待ちます。
そばの食べ比べをしたかったので、
ざる蕎麦 三種盛り（十割・抹茶・八割）
そして、やっぱり天ぷら盛り合わせ
も注文。
そばは氷水で〆ているようで、コシと蕎麦の旨味はありますが香りが立つという蕎麦ではなかったです。抹茶蕎麦を初めて食べて、蕎麦ののどごしと抹茶の香りがありました。
※純粋な蕎麦（蕎麦の香り・旨味・のどごし・後口）好きの人には少し物足りなさがあるかもしれないです。
天ぷらの衣は薄くてカラッと揚がっていて、口の中でサクッと素材の旨味が広がって
野菜・エビ・はもとの相性良く美味しく頂きました。
