この日は人生初の宇治市遠征へ。
その最大目的は"平等院鳳凰堂"ではありましたが、その観光を終えて向いましたのは、すぐ近くの『ICHIGO』さんというお店でした。
こちらは、
『京都観光や女子会、ご家族でのお食事などに、京都の食材を中心に使った創作和食はいかがですか？
モダンな一軒家を店舗として改装した「KYOTO UJI DINING ICHIGO（キョウト ウジ ダイニング イチゴ）」は、
京都府宇治市、平等院鳳凰堂よりすぐの場所にございます。
ランチタイムからカフェタイムまで様々に表情を変え、古き良き京の趣を感じていただけるお料理やドリンクをご用意。
京都観光や女子会、ご家族でのお食事など、あらゆるシーンでご利用ください。』とのこと。
店前の無人受付システムで番号札を発券、呼び出しメール設定をして待機。
１５分ほどで呼び出しをいただき、こぢんまりとした店内のテーブル席へ。
この日いただきましたのは、
プレミアムいちごパフェ、税込２，７５０円です。
こちらは、
『本日のいちごは古都華と古都姫を使用しております。古都姫は今季品種登録された新品種でパフェで食べられるのはICHIGOだけ。』とのこと。
２０分ほどで供されましたのは、いちごたっぷりのかわいらしいパフェでございましたｶﾜ(・∀・)ｲｲ!!

その構成はいちご、マカロン、クッキー、いちごアイス、シャンティクリーム、マスカルポーネといちごソース、白玉、スポンジ生地、フランボワーズのソース、別添えのいちごソースといったところでしたか。
何度かいただいたことのあります古都華は大粒で抜群の糖度で迎えてくれました(*＞∇＜)ﾉ
そしておそらく初めていただく古都姫は、古都華と比べますとほっそりとスリムな印象でしたが、味わいは絶妙な甘さとほのかな酸味のバランスが素晴らしいいちごなのでした(๑´ڡ`๑)
マカロンもいちごアイスもしっかりと美味しくて、シャンティクリームはなめらかで上質な味わいでございました(*´з`)
途中、別添えのいちごのソースをかけますと、これがとても濃厚ないちごの風味を加えてくれるのでした(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
スポンジはショートケーキを食べているような感じも楽しめ、白玉でしょうか、和の雰囲気も楽しめました。
このクオリティのいちごをたっぷりと使ったパフェをいただけて、宇治まで訪れた甲斐がありました(^_-)-☆
