I made a reservation over the phone on the same day for lunch on a holiday. Last time I went for lunch without a reservation, it was full and I couldn't get in, so I made a reservation, but on this day, there were no other customers and no other customers came for a while, so it was nice to be able to have a quiet meal ^_^ The restaurant seems to be run by the chef himself. Lunch is a course only, with appetizer salad, flan (Western-style egg custard), bread, your choice of Meat Dishes, dessert, and coffee or tea for 2,800 yen. Add a fish dish to this course for 3,800 yen. The Meat Dishes you can choose from on this day are: - Tamba chicken simmered in tomato sauce - Sauteed Yamagata pork with red wine and balsamic sauce - Sauteed Japanese black beef (plus 1,900 yen) *Since I heard it verbally, I think it was probably something like this. This time, I added a fish dish, and for Meat Dishes, I ordered pork and beef. The food, from the appetizers to the gorgeous presentation, was very delicious. Everything was delicious, but the sole fish soup and turnip sauce were especially delicious!
