こちらのジャン麺というのは、ラーメンやつけ麺では代用出来ない、個性的な食べ物です。
モツとニラと玉子がとろみのあるスープにたくさん入っていて、長い間アツアツのままです。
また、麺とよく絡み、余ったスープでご飯がめちゃくちゃすすみます。
一度食べたら、定期的に食べたくなりそうです。
