いつからか京の皿うどんに
海老、イカ うずら卵などが入っておらず
代わりに、こんにゃく 赤こんにゃくが入っている
TV撮影の時は 海老 イカが入ってたけれど...

今日の皿うどんを目当てに訪問。
皿うどんではなくて、あんかけ焼きそばのアレンジ、といったところだが、丸々一個入っている梅干が二重丸。

日替わりチャーハンセット
若鳥の甘酢も鶏肉じゃないような、チャーハンもぼそぼそ。
出す順番も５分空いて冷めるし良いとこなしでした。
シンプルに美味しくないです。
黄色くて臭いごはんが出てきたので、取り替えてくれと依頼したところ
若いお兄さん店員さんから「お昼に炊いてお昼に出したご飯です」との回答。
「それがこちらでは普通なのか？」と確認したところ悪びれる様...
長崎皿うどん
鰹節の香りの押し寄せが凄い。
餡かけがもはやスープ並みの
あっさりめでスイスイいける。
結構大皿でボリュームあるのに、
すぐおかわりいける感じ。
ご飯はおいしかったです。
ただ、愛想が皆無の若い男性スタッフの対応がひどかったです。
また、お箸、おしぼり、お水が出てこず、料理の提供後に出てきました。
その後も、頼んでいないものが運ばれてきた...

ここにはきっと大好物の「おこげ」があるに違いない。
「おこげ」ってメニューにあっても中々専門店でないと注文し辛い。
