高校時代の友人の一大事に、グループが急遽集合することに。
長岡京市に住む友達がお膳立てしてくれました。
１集まりやすい → 駅近
２込み入った話ができる → 個室
３長い時間滞在できる → コース料理
その条件を満たす最適なお店がこちらと言うことで。
私は初めて行くお店でしたが、地元の人たちにとっては
馴染みの有名なお店だそう。水槽には活魚が泳いでます。
寿司割烹なので白木のカウンター席がメインですが
私たちは靴を脱いで、2階のお座敷へ。
ミニ会席 4000円 ビール
●刺身 鯛 マグロ はまち？ さすが寿司ネタだけあって、新鮮で上質☆
●小鉢 カニ酢
●蓋物 蓮根饅頭 蓮根饅頭は滑らかだったけど、銀餡はやや味濃い
●焼き物 カマス 玉子焼き 蕪の菊花漬け
●天ぷら 海老・薩摩芋・しし唐 衣はちょっとモッタリ
●蒸し物 茶碗蒸し ちょっと味濃い
●食事 白ご飯 赤出汁 香の物 ご飯はふっくら
●水物 失念
お魚の質は良かったです。味付けはちょっと繊細さに欠けるかな。
遠方からわざわざとは言いにくいですが、近辺に立ち寄ることがあれば
お魚メインが良いでしょう。
