このお店！八幡市駅前に立地するのですが、本当の老舗なんです
昔は、並びに5軒程 同じような一品料理店や、丼店が軒を連ねていたと記憶しています
私は、小さい頃 その並びの 他店にあった「雀の丸焼き」を親にねだって食べさせて貰ってました
そして店前は、駅からの連絡通路になっている為
参拝客は、お店の横を通り、ケーブルカーで 山頂「岩清水八幡宮」へ行く人々で賑わっていました
今は、ケーブルカーを利用する参拝客 少なく感じますね
時の流れで 並びの お店が無くなり今は、「朝日屋」さん 一軒だけになりました
この町 も私が小学生の頃「町から市」になり一度だけの お祭りがあったのも想い出です
以前TVの 「ごぶごぶ 」で 浜ちゃんが敦の為に「辛くないカレー」で このお店のを紹介していました(^^)
その他にも 何度かTVに出ているようですね！
だいぶ話が逸れましたが・・
・私は、鯖の棒鮨セットを キツネうどんで注文！
待っている間 周りを見ていると… 店の前の のぼりに「うなぎの棒鮨！」なる物を、見つけました(^O^)
朝日屋さんは、鯖寿司 推しのお店！
「うなぎの棒鮨」も 美味しいかな〜と、自宅用に購入！
そうこう してる内に、配膳されます
・キツネうどんは、昔からのうどんの味ですね〜(^^)
ほっこりします！ 出汁も 濃過ぎず 薄すぎず ちゃんとお店で作ってるような味です
・鯖寿司 美味しいですね〜(^^)
私が昔 八幡で購入していた鯖寿司とは、違いますが…
ここのも美味しいです♪
・一品は、まぐろのタタキ？かな 上品で美味しい
・ウチに帰り 夕飯の一部に「うなぎの棒鮨」を頂きます(^^)
表面に海苔が巻かれてあり 大きめのウナギを ばら寿司のご飯にのせてあります（＾ω＾）
思ったよりもボリューミー！
美味しかったです♪ ご馳走さまでした！
