石清水八幡宮を参拝し、桜を見た後伺いました。
駅から近い背割堤の桜が満開で、駅前は花見客で混雑していました。駅前にあるお店の広い店内はほぼ満席です。名物の鯖寿司、きつねうどん、月見そばを注文しました。
鯖の棒寿司は肉厚の鯖がのった大ぶりで、食べ応えがあります。うどんもそばも出汁がしっかり効いています。美味しくいただきました。
