日本全国でも非常に珍しい、手延べラーメンを店内の オープンキッチンにて実演販売中。 |
何度かフラれているコチラへようやくの訪問。この日は夜の部開始直後のタイミングでお店に到着、営業されていました。店内はまだ早い時間の為か先客1名のみ。その後後客数名と比較的ゆったりとした雰囲気でした。手延べラーメンが有名だったみたいですが、現在は手延べ麺は休業？のようでした。今回は麺類の中で気になった表記を注文致しました。
少しして写真の一杯が配膳されました。とてもシンプルなビジュアルをしています。麺は中くらいのストレート麺です。表面はツルツルとした透明感のある麺肌で、噛み込むとしっかり固めに感じる茹で加減で、パスタのような食感の特徴ある麺でした。タレは甜麺醤を使用との事で、その甘辛い味がきいています。追って、唐辛子系の辛さと山椒系のシビレが出てきて、軽く汗をかくぐらい。ミンチはシンプルな味で大粒、量が多めで麺とよくからみます。その他に具材はネギのみとシンプルなものでした。
パスタみたいな独特の麺と、タレ、ミンチのみのシンプルな要素だけで構成された他ではあまりないタイプに思える一杯でした。また、他メニュー頂きに伺いたいです。
