日本全国でも非常に珍しい、手延べラーメンを店内の オープンキッチンにて実演販売中。 |
土曜日の18時前から3組並んでいました。事前予約済みのお客さんのようでした。私は、1人客だったから運良く入れましたから、週末とかは事前予約しておかないと、入れないと思います。店内に飾られた受賞の賞状から期待大！辛いもの、痺れるような麻婆豆腐が好きな方は合うと思います！ただ、こちらは家族経営で、注文、配膳はお子さんがお手伝いされてます。時間に余裕が無い方は、おすすめしません。
