閉店した市内の店舗に行って以来の来店。あの時の味を求めて長岡京へ。うどんを切るトングなどは山元麺蔵さんをオマージュされているそうです。醤油ベースのつけうどんもごまベースの坦々うどん(写真忘れました)も美味でした。コロナが落ち着いたら京都市内への再出店期待しています。
