本当に美味しかったです！
焼肉店としての基本抑えながらも、京風のエッセンスを随所で感じられるハイブリッド型のお店です。
塩味は肉質の良さをダイレクトに感じられ、ビールの相棒として前半戦にもってこいの逸品です。
タレ味はライス必須のコク深い日本人好みにアジャストした味わいで本気でめちゃくちゃ旨いです。
焼物以外のサイドも抜かり無く、何食べても外れ無しの安心感あります。
お店イチ推しの 牛牛焼き は想像してたより大幅に旨くて感動した。
京都カラー全開で九条ネギふんだんに使った看板メニューですが、これは文句無しのスペシャリテ！
食べ進む内に九条ネギが変化していき、序盤は食感と歯ごたえ感じる仕様、煮込んで来て終盤になるとクタクタで甘味全開の蕩ける食味。
お酒飲みながら塩焼肉→タレ焼肉→牛牛焼と思う存分食べました。
特に感じた好感ポイントは盛付けやサーブする店員さんの接客サービスが素晴らしかった。
雰囲気や値段は標準的な町焼肉店ですが、ホスピタリティーや接客サービスは高級店に引け取らない感じです。
観光客とおぼしき外国人から地元の常連さんなど、店内にいたお客さんの全てが笑顔で幸せに食べてるのが印象的でした。
