今日は、京都府の南の方の松井山手に行っていました。
先程、パティスリーナチュールシロモトの「欽明台店」に立ち寄ったあと、今度は「本店」へ立ち寄ってみました。
■Patisserie Nature Shiromoto（パティスリー ナチュールシロモト）
JR松井山手駅の駅前にある、人気の洋菓子店です。
ナチュールシロモトは３店舗あって、こちらが「本店」だそうです。
欽明台店に比べると、本店は、少し小さめの店舗の印象です。
ですが、たくさんの洋菓子が並んでいました。
クリスマスの期間の限定商品を購入して帰りました。
●シュトーレン
包装はクリスマス向けのカラーになっていました。
ドイツの菓子パンのシュトーレンは、本場では、スライスして食べる習慣があるようです。
生地の中には、ドライフルーツがたっぷりです。
周りの砂糖がほどよく甘く、ドライフルーツと一緒に楽しめました(^-^)
シュトーレンを丸々ひとつ楽しめる機会って、なかなか無いのですよね。
数日に分けて楽しみました。
