京都府南部をぶらぶら散歩するのがマイブームで、今回は精華町に出没しました。適当に歩いた後に、駅前のこちらのお店でいちごロールを購入しました。消費カロリーよりも摂取カロリーの方が明らかに多いですが。自分へのご褒美です。
スポンジはしっかり系で、食べ応えがあります。甘みがふわっと口の中に広がって、幸せになれますね。いちごは、スポンジの中はジャムベースになってました。
生クリームの甘さもちょうどいいですね。しっかりと真面目に、気を衒わずに作られたケーキです。ご馳走さまでした。
