以前から気になっていたこちらへ訪問です。
20年位前にはもう営業されていたような記憶がありますが・・・
かすみ亭という店名は住所の花住坂(かすみざか)から来ているのかな？
平日の14時頃の訪問でこの時間は終始当方の貸し切り状態となっていました。
お昼のメニューから「カレーうどん」と無料で付いてくる炊き込みご飯
も遠慮なく一緒にお願いします。
４分ほどの待ち時間で早くも到着です。
こちらのカレーうどんは結構スパイシーで辛い！
街のうどん屋さんのもったりとしたカレーうどんを予想していたので(笑)
私好みの辛さで食べるうちに汗かきの私は上着を脱いで食べていきます(;^ω^)
もちもちの弾力感あふれるおうどんとのマッチングも良好です。
沢山入った青ネギのザクザクとした食感もカレーうどんによく合っていますね。
柔らかい牛肉も結構おいしい。
また具材はあまり多くないものの、お出汁と醤油の味が良く染んでいる
炊き込みご飯ももちもちの食感が素敵です。
適度な塩辛さの昆布の佃煮も良いおかずになりました。
白いご飯をカレーうどんの残り汁に投入するのが好きな
私は炊き込みご飯か白ご飯か注文時に７秒ほど迷いましたが・・・
炊き込みご飯にして良かったですね(^^;)
カレーうどんの汁もしっかり飲み干して汗びっしょりになって完食です。
明るい雰囲気の店内は結構キレイにされていますし、
優しそうなお母さんの接客もほっこりとさせて頂きました。
しっかりとしたおうどんの実力もなかなかのものでした。
また次回は丼ものを頂いてみたいですし、冷たいおうどんも頂きたいですね。
