餃子と言えば”餃子の王将”
たまに無性に食べたくなります。
夜遅くまで打ち合わせにて腹ペコでした。がっつり餃子をいただきました。
つけだれは、いつもの餃子のタレにラー油と酢をベースに胡椒を入れて酢胡椒の2種類でいただきました。
腹ペコ状態にビールと餃子は最高！！
とは言いながら、やはりセットは天津飯をといつものパターン。
アツアツふんわり玉子と特製餡が絶妙
そして餡多めで注文。相性抜群！！
