この日はこちらでランチ。
天むすが売りの一つという事で、天むす3個 350円をベースに、蕎麦にしようとメニューを見ると、にしん蕎麦を発見。
にしん蕎麦と言えば、自分が子供の頃に行った大阪万博で食べさせてもらい、子供心にこんな美味しいお蕎麦があるんだと強く思った一品。
でも関東の蕎麦屋にて提供しているところは殆どなくて、関西圏の蕎麦屋で見つけると思わず頼んでしまう。という事で、にしん蕎麦もオーダー。
こちらのお店は提供時間が早く5分と経たないうちに到着。
まずはにしん蕎麦から。蕎麦は細麺でキレがいいね。蕎麦つゆは関西風の出汁が効いたもので甘塩っぱい身欠にしんの味との相性バッチリ。とても美味い。
そして山椒が添えられていて、これをかけると山椒の香りが広がり、これまた良いね！
そして天むす、海老天が仕込まれていて作りたてで旨し。 にしん蕎麦のつゆを頂きながら天むすを頂くと嬉しくなりました。
また伺いたいです。
