鉄分豊富な友人とこの店を初めて訪れたのは、2009年３月でした。
あの時は、バイクの転倒のあとです。
箸も普通に使えませんでした。
右上腕部の骨を割って（折って）食欲減退中でした。
あの時は、鉄な友の手前、頼まず水だけは失礼だろう。
「香辛丼」を注文した覚えがあります。
残しても良いかなぁ。と思っていましたが、カレーの風味で完食しました…。利き腕を包帯で吊っていたので、スプーンで食べました。
で、今日はバイクで行きました。
利き腕で箸を使えて、ここの「香辛丼」を食べることが出来て良かった。
味は当時と変わりませんが、右腕が治って箸が使える。それだけで嬉しい。美味しいです。。
しかし、あの時の話しの内容も思い出した。
鉄分豊富な友人と、この店を初めて訪れた頃には、先代は病床だったのだと言うことを。
しかし、手早い料理。
今のマスター、無駄な動きがない。常連と話しながらも料理している。
また行きます。友人との記憶を、切り離して。
今度は、カレーを食べます。厨房がみえるので、何か良いテクニックが見る事が出来たらなぁ～。
