個人的な所感です
付近でラーメン、深夜まで開いているお店がなくたまに訪問させて貰ってます。
ここの味噌味も好きなのですが、飽きのこない醤油ラーメンが好み。あっさりした濃いめの醤油、その中にニンニクの風味が濃く最後まで食べれます。
チャーシューもさっぱり肉感強めながら丁度良い薄さにスライスされてます。
いま流行りのラーメンではなく、昔ながらのラーメン。
23時訪問ながらカウンターに3名が先客で、混まないが絶えず来客あるお店です。ご馳走様でした。
