三山木食堂の近くにサンディがあり、買い物帰りに時々寄ります。卵焼きは色々食べましたがプレーンが一番かな。唐揚げは揚げたてより、冷めたのをチンしたほうが好きで、ここのもやし炒めが大好きです。でもでもでもでも、一番は中華そば！です。子供の頃に食べた安っぽい味そのものですが、また食べたくなる。トッピングにワカメ入れたり、もやし炒めのせたり、スープに唐揚げ沈めたり。
今日も、つい寄って食べてしまいました。今日は木枯らしが吹いて寒かったので、油の少し浮いた醤油のスープを飲んだ一口目は、身体全体に温かさが巡り、顔が弛緩して仕事の疲れを忘れさせてくれる美味しさで、ずっと飲んでいたいと思いました。
