癒しの空間 石窯ピッツェリアカフェ “カナマロン” ～
森に囲まれたログハウスで石窯ピッツァランチはいかがですか。 非日常的空間を提供致します。 薪を使った石窯で、国内産小麦粉・天然酵母を使用したピッツァを１枚ずつ丁寧に焼き上げます。 石窯で焼き上げたサラダや季節の野菜を用いたポタージュスープもございます。 テイクアウトで天然酵母パン、焼き菓子も販売しています。 土地の開拓、ログハウス建築、内装、テーブル、イス、キッチン、石窯など店主達の手作りです。 |
以前から気になっていたお店。
近所だから後回しになってました。
地元の友達と地元ランチ。
訪れた友達に聞いていたのは場所がわかりにくい。地元なのでわかると思っていたけど、新しい道からの行き方しか書いていないので少し迷いました。
森か崖を削って建てたログハウスのお店は、住宅地の中にありました。
駐車場や看板はみつけたものの 入口がわからないw。駐車場は少し狭く ミニバンだったら道からはみ出るかもしれません。(後ろが崖なのであまりbackできない )
昔からあったような階段を下りるとお店がみえました。
店内はログハウスで木の温かみが感じられるカジュアルな雰囲気でした。
4人がけのテーブルが2つ ふたりがけのテーブルが2つほど。ロフトにも席がありそうな？感じがしました。予約していた私たちに真ん中の席を用意してくださっていたのですが、喋り出したら止まらないので端の席に変更していただきました。
ランチのセットはpizza5種類 pasta1種類から選べるということで、4人でpizza3＋pasta1を選びました。
ピザは他店に比べて飛び抜けて美味しいとかではないのですが、普通に美味しい。
季節の野菜ピザはトマトソース。
釜焼きチキンとポテトのピザはオススメ！
あとチーズピザの上にハチミツが掛かっているクワトロフォルマッジ これもデザート感覚で美味しい。
ボルチーニと４種類のきのこクリーム生パスタ。
手打ちの生パスタは絶品。
個人的にはピザよりパスタが美味しかったです。
どれも美味しかったので、もう一度訪れたいです。
