焼き肉｢いちよし｣の跡(？)にできたお店です。によし、っていうのだから系列店でしょうか。予約して行ってみました。
平日の夜でしたが、客は私達ともう一組のみ。いちよし時代の賑わいが嘘のようで、ちょっと驚きました。
しょうゆベースのすき焼き風甘辛鍋(白鍋)、味噌ベースのピリ辛鍋(赤鍋)が選べます。今回は白鍋を選択。追加で、トックと豆腐を注文しました。
まず運ばれてきたのが、ほうれん草のお浸し。お通し300円とあります…。テンション下がる。
次に鍋。いわゆるちりとり鍋で、もやしやにらなどの野菜が盛られています。そこに牛肉が張り付けられている感じ。あれ？メニューの写真とは異なる。スープの色もすきやきというより、赤っぽい。テンションまた下がる。
追加のトック…と思いきや｢今日切らしていまして、…トッポギです｣と霜がついたトッポギ登場。テンションまたまた下がる。｢ないなら、まずどうするか聞くもんでしょうよ。勝手に変えて持ってこられても困る!!!｣
…とは、とてもいえず、黙って受け入れました。
で、肝心の味はというと、すきやきというより、ピリ辛の方が強いです。よくあるちりとり鍋の味です。薄切り肉は美味しかったですが、ホルモンは部位によって当たり外れがあります。量は少な目です。トッポギは外れでした。
唯一、〆でお願いした雑炊(鍋を下げて厨房で作って持ってきてくれる)は美味しかったです。ピリ辛だしとあっていました。
