本日は、コチラに来ました。
「松井山手エリア」の一画にある居酒屋さん。
ある日信号待ちをしていたら、白いのぼりが目に入り√チェック
後日検索φ(ﾟ∀ﾟ )してみると、ランチにラーメンを提供しているとの事で寄ってみる事に♬
BGMが流れる♪土禁スタイルの店内は、左側奥に厨房、沿うようにカウンター席10、右側手前に掘りごたつテーブル席3の構成。
男女2人での切り盛りです。
メニューは「鯛白湯らーめん(塩・醤油)・ぷりぷり赤海老の海老味噌まぜそば(期間限定)」3種類。
後はトッピング、サイドが少し。
オススメらしい「鯛白湯塩らーめん」注文。
店内を見回すと、どうやらご主人は釣りがお好きなようですね・・しばらくして来ました。
仕上げにブイーンと泡立てられたスープは、スッキリとしながらも鯛のアラなどが丁寧に裏ごしされ、姿はないものの確かな存在を感じられるキリッとした塩味( ＾ω＾ )
合わさる麺は、ピラピラと縮れた太い平打ちで、噛むとモッチリとしていてスープとの絡み&相性もまずまずです♪
具は、表面を炙られたトロットロ柔らかな豚チャーシュー、紫タマネギ、タケノコ、水菜、カットレモン。
程なく完食・・全体的なバランスも良く味も洗練されていて、ラーメン専門店の一杯といっても問題ないレベルだと思います(^∇^)
