この店、期待できるって、サラダを食べた段階でわかった。新鮮やし、ドレッシングにもこだわりが感じられるし。美味しいよ。ランチのコスパが圧倒的にいいので、ハンバーグランチを頼んだ。ハンバーグ、ちゃんと素材の味もしっかりと感じられるし、かと言って、肉がごろごろしていなし。肉汁だらけのやつでも無いし。ちょうどいい。次回は、コスパを優先せず、煮込みハンバーグ。このシェフなら絶対美味しいはず。
