This is "Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Yakura" located in the commercial facility "BRANCH Matsui Yamate". On this day, I made a reservation and visited at 11:00, when the restaurant opens at the end of the year. It looked like you could do without a reservation, but it was almost full, so I thought it would be a good idea to make a reservation. The shop is attached to the butcher shop ``Gyusho Kagura'', which is an area lined with brunch Restaurants. When you enter the store, the butcher shop is on the left, and they also sell takeaway Bento (boxed lunch). On the right is "Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Yakura". The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm. The seat I was seated in was like a semi-private room. The customer service at the store was also courteous. The lunch menu has items ranging from 1,500 to 3,000 yen. On this day, there was also a 3,938 yen ``eat-to-eat, start-to-eat lunch'' available only during the year-end and New Year holidays. Those who order lunch can add extra meat (trimmed meat) for 660 yen. Although this is called cut-off meat, it is a combination of multiple types of meat and is a great value. You can Other order meat items individually. On this day, I ordered an additional 660 yen for ``Oishi Meat'' in addition to the 3,938 yen ``lunch for the end of the year''. The all-you-can-eat lunch consists of a combination of 5 types of high-quality meats and rare cuts, rice, soup, and an assortment of appetizers (salad, kimchi, namul, roast beef). The meat included four types of meat, including skirt steak, heavily marbled loin meat, and Steak trimmings. There are 5 types of meat that come with the lunch: premium tongue, tomo special selection, sensu, strawberry, and rib core. All of the meat was tender and thickly cut, and the quality was excellent, but Tomo's special selection was particularly well-marbled and fatty. The rib core is also a thickly cut Steak, and it also has great fat. Ichibo and sensu were dishes where you could enjoy the flavor of the meat. In addition, each piece of meat for the meat was of very high quality considering the price, and each piece was thickly sliced, making it very satisfying to eat. I also thought that the roast beef was well-seasoned, tender, and good. Overall, I would say that it is a restaurant run directly by a butcher shop, as you can get meat of a quality that is hard to find in this price range. The restaurant's atmosphere is nice and relaxing, so if I have another chance, I would like to try the regular menu again.
