河内屋にございますぅ〜
昨年12月にオープンしたブランチ松井山手に初めて行きました。
施設開店以来、店舗が増えているのか、今月半ばには笹屋伊織さんの和風カフェもオープンするみたいです。こちらのお店は先月オープンのお店。
河内屋は別のお店を狙っていたのですが、妻が「和食の口」というのでこちらになりました。ちょっとがっかりしていたのですが、お店の前まで来て「高畑充希さんが当店の棒寿司をお気に入りの逸品として紹介してくれました」というメニューボードに書かれた文章を見て、俄然やる気が出てまいりました。

を注文しました。
棒寿司、食べなあかんでしょう。
河内屋、肉吸いは生まれて初めてです。
まず朝日屋定食ですが、
お造り５種盛・天ぷら盛り合わせ・小鉢３種・ご飯・吸い物・香の物・デザート
です。デザートまで見てませんでした。
お造りがとても鮮度が高いように思います。妻が「１種類づつ食べてよ」というので遠慮なくいただきましたが、これは美味いです。
天ぷらは衣が少し厚いようで、妻の好みとは少し違うようです。（河内屋も衣の薄いのが好き）
でもとても美味しい定食です。
河内屋が食べた鯖の棒寿司。これは！
いや、これは美味い！脂が程良くのっていて、これよりも脂がのっているとクドくなる、下品になるかもしれません。絶妙。まさに絶妙です。950円が高いと感じるか？いいえ、安いと思いました。
肉吸いは「なるほどね」という味です。感動はないのですが、お出汁は美味しいです。なるほど。なるほど。
夜は居酒屋的なメニューが出揃います。メニューを見ただけで分かる訳でもないですが、この出汁加減やお造りから察するに、かなり行けるような気がします。
