地域の森庭を取り囲むように店舗が並び
『地域の人々と共に成長する森、施設』をテーマ
にされてるようやね。
今日のランチはその中にある
『和食屋朝日屋ブランチ松井山手』さん(^^)/
土用の丑特別企画《ランチ限定》週替わりメニュー
から選びました(^∇^)
セットの饂飩は100円プラスして
ざる蕎麦に変更しま～す♪
蕎麦の麺はしっかり冷水で〆られてて
噛みごたえはあるが蕎麦の風味はちょい弱いかな。
鰻はそこそこ肉厚で
ふわっと柔らかく甘いタレも美味しい♪
最後に蕎麦湯をお願いしたらないんやって( ；∀；)
ちょっとテンション下がるわ(^^;
ごちそうさまでした。
