この日はこちらで和風角煮中華そばなるものを頂きました。
初めて聞くメニューなのでどんなもんだろうと楽しみ。ビジュアルがなかなか美味しそう、和風角煮、これは甘く煮込んでありホロっとほどける様な食感で美味い。
そしてつゆは蕎麦つゆのような風味で角煮のタレが溶け出し甘くなって、これも合うね。
麺は細麺で固めに茹でていて中々バランスが良い。
こちらのお店を調べてみると石清水八幡神宮に本店があり、鯖の棒寿司が有名なお店のようです。次回は棒寿司セットを頂きたいと思います。
